South Sudan Research Repository, making international assistance more conflict sensitive

8 May 2017

Conflict sensitivity is an approach that seeks to maximise the positive impacts of humanitarian and development initiatives for peace, whilst avoiding harm.

The Conflict Sensitivity Resource Facility (CSRF) is a new initiative providing donors and implementing partners working in South Sudan access to research, analysis, training, and technical support with the aim of making international assistance more conflict sensitive.

The CSRF has partnered with the South Sudan Peace Portal to establish a searchable Research Repository where policy makers and practitioners can easily access recent research and analysis that can inform programming design and decisions.
