To that end, the Budapest Centre launched a project in September 2016 to map the capabilities of the Visegrad Group in preventing extremism and established a Task Force composed of researchers in the four countries.
The results of the V4 Task Force activities and the Initiative have been described in the Report “Capabilities of the Visegrad Group in Preventing Extremism” which provides a detailed overview of the extant capabilities, identifies some weaknesses and offers recommendations for advancing the extremism prevention agenda in the Visegrad countries.
